  1. No Refunds After Session Delivery

    All session fees are final once a session has occurred.

  1. Error or Technical Issue

    In the rare event of a double-charge or payment error, email nik@litrell.com within 7 days for a full refund.

  1. Booking Cancellations

    If Coach cancels, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

    This policy may be updated; the “Effective Date” above will reflect any changes.
