Terms & Conditions

Provider: Nikolas Xavier Litrell (“Coach”)

1. Services

Coach provides one-on-one and group coaching sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Teams, or in-person, as described on the “What I Offer” page.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time, prepared, and in a suitable environment.

• Participate honestly and respectfully.

• Acknowledge coaching is not therapy or medical advice.

3. Confidentiality

• All personal information and session content are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payment & Invoicing

• Fees are invoiced after scheduling.

• Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

• Late payments incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session or forfeit the session fee.

• Coach may reschedule due to emergencies and will offer alternate times.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Coach’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.

• Coach is not responsible for Client’s decisions or outcomes.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where Coach resides.

8. Changes to Terms

• Coach may update these terms; continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
